EWDC COMMERCIAL SHARED KITCHEN INFO
Below is the initial information and paperwork needed if an entrepreneur is interested in becoming a member. Interested entrepreneurs must go through the following steps:
Step 1: Fill out the Application
Step 2: The Kitchen Manager will review the application. Once approved the Kitchen Manager will reach out and schedule an interview with the entrepreneur. (turnaround 2-5 business days)
Under any circumstances, if an entrepreneur is not accepted to the kitchen, the kitchen manager will reach out to have a conversation regarding the denial of the application. (turnaround 2-5 business days)
Step 3: The entrepreneur will be given access to the Kitchens online portal Food Corridor.
Entrepreneur will create their Food Corridor account and upload the following documents:
Step 4: The Kitchen Manager will schedule orientation and walkthroughs with the entrepreneur. (turnaround 2-5 business days)
Step 5: Once the entrepreneur is accepted to the EWDC kitchen upload the secondary forms required to Food Corridor
Pricing:
There is a $200.00 deposit required once the entrepreneur is accepted.
Members can rent the kitchen at an affordable market price of:
$27.00 - Hourly rate if less than 30 hrs a week (Hot Line Kitchen and Baking Kitchen)
$25.00 - Hourly rate if more than 30 hrs a week
$18.00 - Hourly Rate for Cold Prep Station
Cold Prep station does NOT have access to hot equipment.
